Your logs stay on your device

Puffs, slips, cravings, triggers, spending and your quit plan are stored only on your phone. We don't upload them to any server, and they're excluded from Android cloud backup. You can export or delete them at any time in Settings → Your data.

Optional Google sign-in

Signing in is optional. If you choose "Continue with Google", Google Firebase Authentication receives your name, email address and Google account ID so your account can be created. We don't use it for anything else today, and your logs are not attached to it.

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners (AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads and InMobi). These services may use your device's advertising ID, IP address (for approximate location) and device information to show and measure ads. In regions where consent is required, you're asked first, and you can change your choice later in Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads. T-break Pro removes all ads. See how Google uses data in ads.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details; we only learn whether a purchase succeeded.

Notifications

Reminders are optional and scheduled on your device. No notification content is sent to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data.
We don't collect your contacts or precise location.
We don't share your health-related logs with anyone.
